If you’re competing solely on price you are already commoditized, offering little if any differentiation. What would your customer value? What would they pay a premium for? A great book to read is The Experience Economy by Joseph Pine II and James H. Gilmore. In this book they explain the new economic era we are in. An era in which every business (yours included) is a stage, and companies must design memorable events for which they charge admission. So how good are your experiences that engage customers?
