I remember as a young teenager my Dad meeting regularly with businessmen seeking his advice. I recall one such meeting when the person seated across the desk from my dad’s home office was using inappropriate language and was almost belligerent in his conversation with my father. I couldn’t help but ask my Dad, why he put up with listening to that man. And without any hesitation, he said with a smile, “I want to know what they think.” Those seven words stuck in my mind to this day about a simple concept of seeking to understand the point of view opposite of my own.
My Dad was a master of getting what he needed to see the complete picture. For over 30 years I have been an entrepreneur. I have owned several businesses, I have had many successes, experienced some failures, and I have learned much from my journey. I now invest my time helping business owners, CEOs, and entrepreneurs grow their businesses. I glean from my own successes and failures, and I can help you avoid many roadblocks and mine traps in building and developing your own business.
In other words, I will help you construct the big picture.
We will start with discovery -- learning about your business, understanding who your competitors are and what's working or not working for them, develop a big picture of what success looks like, and then establish the steps and processes needed to execute that plan.
My coaching is best suited for business owners, CEOs, or entrepreneurs making $10,000 to $50,000 per month in revenue. It doesn't mean it can't work for you at $5,000 per month or $75,000 per month --- the $10,000 to $50,000 range is simply where I think you will get the most value from my coaching.
What Do You Get?
You choose a time based on available time slots Jeff has available for coaching. When chooing a time you will also indicate what you hope to accomplish in your coahcing with Jeff. This will allow Jeff to be prepared for the day of your coaching. The coaching will be online and it will be recorded so you can reference it later and share it with your team. You will also receive a mindmap that Jeff creates in your coaching session.
How Does It Work?
After you purchase a time slot(s), Jeff will reach out to you and schedule a time for a 5-minute talk. Before the call, he will ask you a few important questions:
- What are you looking to achieve?
- What are your current hurdles?
- Who are your competitors?
- What does success look like to you
Make sure you are free of distractions and situated in a quiet place with quality microphone and headphones.
That’s all you need to do - Jeff will take it from there.
