Every Whataburger sells the same burgers and fries. What can a Whataburger franchise do that their competitors down the road can’t? Probably very little.
Yvette works the late shift drive-thru window at the Whataburger in Georgetown, just north of Austin. She is an upbeat person and her smile oozes with energy. When you meet her at the drive-thru window you will remember her. And she will remember you. She delivers great service and adds that extra personal touch that makes her special. Yvette makes an effort to remember the little details about you and then uses those details to connect with you. She makes you feel important. She makes a difference. She cares. It’s an advantage she owns that separates her from the norm.
When you think about it, the advantages we can own are much closer to home than we imagine.

Great story. Bet you made her day.

Hi Jeff,
You mean you actually eat someplace other than Chick-fil-A??
